A lot of students get tired during the school day so having a good place to rest is important. The best spot I’ve figured out to take a nap is none other than the nurse’s office; which is undoubtedly the #1 spot, nothing else comes that close.
The nurse’s office is quiet and peaceful, which makes it a great place to relax. The beds are comfortable, and there are not many loud noises or people talking. Many students say even a short nap there helps them feel better for the rest of the day.
Another good spot is Mrs. Donelly’s room. Her new chairs, in the very front of her classroom, are very comfortable and soothing. They come with a little desk which is perfect to lie your head on. The room also has nice AC, and sometimes the windows are open which blows cool air into the room. That calm feeling alone will definitely make you want to take a nap.
Even though school is for learning, I feel we all need a place to recharge and get our energy back sometimes during the day. The nurses office and Mrs. Donelly’s room are definitely top 2 places. However, if you really are a high key napper like me you can take naps in about any classroom or place.
