Harry Styles–a popular actor, singer, and songwriter–shocked fans last week by making his return to social media. Styles’ last tour, “Love on Tour”, ended in July of 2023. As the tour wound down Styles expressed that he would be taking a break from music. At the conclusion of the tour, Styles posted to Instagram saying “I’ll see you when the time is right. Goodbye for now.” His step back from spotlight was well deserved after the nearly two year long tour, however it did cause fans to speculate that his farewell would be final. Since then, Styles’ media presence has been extremely sparse and he has not released any new music.
On December 27th, 2025, Styles’ quietly released a video entitled “Forever, Forever” on his official YouTube channel–his first social media interaction regarding music since departing “Love on Tour”. The nearly nine minute video shows heartfelt concert footage from his 2022-2023 tour, depicting the memories between Styles and his fans during this era, along with his emotional piano piece performed on the final night of “Love on Tour”. The video then closed with the phrase: “We belong together”. The release of this puzzling video fueled global speculation that something bigger may be coming, suggesting that Styles could possibly be making his return into music in the near future.

Since the video’s release, fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting for more. Across cities, posted on social media, and on street corners, fans have seen posters with the saying “we belong together.” The poster is a picture of the crowd at a concert, seemingly one of the “Love on Tour” shows. Additionally, Harry Styles’ website has been transformed into another, rather cryptic, message. Any link to the website now opens to a blank white page with a black arrow leading to a sign up prompt.
Also, on January 12th, a new website with the words “we belong together” emerged, which fans quickly discovered. The website included an image of a concert crowd leading to a sign-up for text message updates from HSHQ (Harry Styles HQ). Additionally, on January 14th, a cryptic voice message was sent to fans that signed up with their phone number. The brief voice message included what was seemingly Styles’ singing the words “we belong together”.
Many are interpreting the vague message as a teaser for a new album release, however, there are many speculations by long-term fans that perhaps the cryptic website and voice message is not authentic.

So far, all signs are pointing to a new album. However, longtime fans are still skeptical of Styles’ true motives. Fans have posted to Tiktok saying they “know better than to get their hopes up,” how they are “not falling for his tricks again,” and other similar messages. Skepticism from fans, despite facts seeming obvious, stems from past teases. Amidst his music hiatus, Styles did communicate with fans a couple times. This led some fans to immediately jump to the conclusion that new music was coming, only to be disappointed when the announcement made was about Styles’ beauty brand, “Pleasing.”
Ultimately, the theorizing and speculation turned out to be correct. On January 15th, Styles posted to Instagram announcing his new album. “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally” will be released on March 6th, 2026.
