Show important characteristics about yourself, show your leadership skills and important qualities that you have. Show that you have a positive attitude while working. It would also be effective to mention your achievements. It would be effective on the decision. It shows that you have the skills to work and be successful.

When writing your resume do not make it very long. When people are looking through resumes to find someone for the job they won’t take their time to read an entire essay.
