Paleontologists(a scientist who studies life forms that existed in previous geologic periods) Alan Grant(Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler(Laura Dern), mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are among a chosen group to tour an island theme park which among the island inhabits dinosaurs. These dinosaurs were created from prehistoric DNA. Note: The setting in this film takes place on the fictional island of Isla Nublar, located off Central America´s Pacific Coast near Costa Rica.
Personal Opinion of Jurassic Park:
I personally would give this film a rating of 9/10 because I enjoyed how it kept me at ease through the entire film, and I still enjoy watching it occasionally because of how they balance the CGI effect on the dinosaurs. CGI or computer-generated imagery is a term that describes digitally created images in film and television. Filmmakers use CGI to create and control images that do not exist in the physical environment being captured on video or film. Animatronics were also used in Jurassic Park. The use of animatronics in the film is the technique of making and operating life-like robots. These visual features however contribute to some scary scenes that take place during the film. The hardest part of this film was the scripting of the dinosaurs because nobody really knows how they moved or sounded.
